- Technical information — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained by our hosting provider for security and maintenance.
- Cookies — the site uses a single cookie,
sirin_lang, only to remember your language choice (Thai/English). We use no advertising cookies, no behavioural tracking and no third-party analytics.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide the consulting and training services you request, and keep the website secure. We do not use it for automated advertising, and we never sell or rent your personal data.
3. Cookies
The sirin_lang cookie is a functional cookie needed only to remember your language. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the only effect is that the site will not remember your language preference.
4. Third-party services
- Google Fonts — the site requests fonts from Google’s servers, which may receive your IP address to deliver them. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- LINE — if you contact us on LINE, that conversation is handled under LINE’s own privacy policy.
- External links — the site may link to Facebook and Instagram, external sites with their own privacy policies.

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records, after which we delete or anonymise it.
